In case we haven’t met before, I’m Julia. I’ve been working in postpartum care for fifteen years and trained thousands of postpartum professionals in over 60 countries. I’ve also written a bestselling book called Newborn Mothers: when a baby is born, so is a mother.
I’m the founder and lead educator here at Newborn Mothers, and together we are changing the way women experience the transition to motherhood and, most importantly, changing the way culture and society view new families and postpartum care.
