Melissa Miceli

Melissa is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for working with women to help support them through the life-changing journey of becoming a mother. Her practice is guided by evidence and the individual needs of each woman and their family. Just like no mother is the same, she doesn’t feel that every approach should be the same either.

Her aim with Motherscape is to help establish healthy routines through personalised interventions. She works together with women to overcome any physical, mental, social, and environmental challenges they might be experiencing. Her goal is to honour each woman’s unique journey, every step of the way.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), is trained by the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) in Perinatal Mental Health, Assessment & Care, and has completed training with Newborn Mothers in Postpartum Education and Care.

Melissa supports clients in Eastern Suburbs Sydney, Australia.

Julia Jones

Julia is the founding director and lead educator at Newborn Mothers, a global postpartum education business. She has worked in postpartum care for fifteen years, trained thousands of postpartum professionals worldwide and written a bestselling book called Newborn Mothers — when a baby is born so is a mother.
